Cancellation Policy
All sessions provided by Lumin Essence Wellness Solutions LLC and its affiliates are conducted in a confidential manner. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except in cases where there is a clear risk of harm to yourself or others, or as required by law. All services offered are designed to support relaxation, self-improvement, and overall well-being. These services are not a substitute for licensed medical or psychological care. Practitioners do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical or mental health conditions. Clients are encouraged to consult with a licensed physician, psychologist, or other qualified provider for any medical or mental health concerns. Payment & Cancellation Policies: -All sessions are nonrefundable. -Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will incur a $25 no-show/late cancellation fee, unless other arrangements have been discussed and agreed upon in advance. -By booking a session, you acknowledge responsibility for your own health and well-being and agree to the above terms.
