Hypnosis sessions are designed to give you targeted support around a single goal or challenge. Each 45-minute session uses hypnosis to access your subconscious mind, helping you shift old patterns, release limitations, and align with the outcome you want most right now.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation and heightened focus. In this state, your subconscious mind is more open to positive suggestion and new perspectives. You remain fully aware and in control the entire time; you cannot be made to do anything you don’t want to. Instead, hypnosis is a collaborative process that allows you to tap into your inner resources and create lasting change.

  • During: First we will talk to tailor the session to your goals and needs. You’ll be guided into a comfortable, relaxed state where your subconscious mind is receptive to positive suggestions. The session will be fully tailored to your chosen goal.

  • After: Clients often leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned. Many notice shifts in perspective, motivation, or emotional release in the days following. With consistency, these positive changes can deepen and integrate.

Because when your subconscious is aligned with your intentions, clarity flows and the path forward feels possible again.

Why work with a hypnosis practitioner?

Not at all. You are always in control. Hypnosis is simply a state of focused relaxation, much like being absorbed in a good book or movie. You’ll be aware of what’s happening, and you can open your eyes or speak at any time. Think of me as a guide — I help you access the part of your mind that’s ready for change, but every shift you make is your choice.

What results can I expect & how many sessions will I need?

Many clients notice shifts even after just one session — things feel lighter, patterns don’t have the same pull, or new possibilities open up. That said, lasting transformation often takes more than one session, especially if the patterns are deeply rooted. For some, a single breakthrough is enough; for others, a series of sessions creates steady and lasting change. I’ll always work with you to find the pace and depth that feels right for your journey.
